Q: When do I need to speak to a mortgage broker?

Q: I can’t meet you face to face, can you still work with me?

YES! We will happily take care of you over the phone, by fax and with emails. We are required to certify your identification documents so we may book a time for a quick skype call or arrange another method if we are unable to meet with you face to face.


Q: How much can I borrow?

There is no general answer to this question as this is assessed on a case by case basis. Income and living expenses are taken into account as well as the costs of repaying the new loan.
